Another Bring it on Sports Recruiting Success Story

March 11, 2014

College Football Coaches in the USA are starting to identify Australia as a hot spot for talent…

Two Australians have been offered a Scholarship to play College Football at Bowling Green University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Bowling Green is a Division 1 College Football program and their Scholarship covers Accommodation, Meals and Education on top of the excellent coaching and competition.

Congratulations to Dylan Harrison and Elijah Sinapati, both from Queensland, Australia who were discovered last year at the Gridiron Australia Future Stars Camp on the Gold Coast.  Elijah (6′ 5″ tall and 141 kg, 310 pounds) and Dylan (6′ 7″ tall and 153kg, 336 pounds) were approached by National Team Coach, Paul Manera, to see if they would be interested in pursuing a College Football Scholarship.

Paul Manera, Director of Bring it on Sports and a former College Football player at the University of Hawaii and Itawamba Community College in Mississippi, is helping Australian’s obtain college scholarships to the USA.

Paul stated that “Having played both Junior College Football and Major College Football it has helped me with my knowledge on how to get a scholarship because I had to do it the hard way so hopefully I can now make it easier for those that follow.  We just want to make sure that we put the players on the right track and the earlier we discover them the easier the process becomes…. we need to make sure that the players are not losing eligibility and that they are also on track academically and athletically”

Paul and the team at Bring it on Sports assist athletes by providing them with the right advice and reaching out to his network of College Football Coaches in the USA.
